This study aims to determine the effect of transparency and service quality on muzakki loyalty at amil zakat institutions in Yogyakarta. This research is a research that uses quantitative methods. The samples in this study were 169 muzakki who paid zakat at amil zakat institutions in the Yogyakarta area. This study uses a questionnaire instrument in the form of a continuous rating scale. The statistical analysis technique used to model the path paradigm is called path analysis. The calculations to analyze the data in this study were carried out with computer aids, namely the SmartPLS program. The results of the study found that transparency has a significant direct effect on muzakki loyalty at amil zakat institutions, service quality has no direct significant effect on muzakki loyalty, trust (trust) has a direct significant effect on muzakki loyalty, transparency has no significant effect on muzakki loyalty through trust ( trust), and service quality has a significant effect on muzakki's loyalty through trust. The magnitude of the effect of transparency and service quality variables on the trust variable is 65.4%, and the remaining 34.6% is influenced by other variables outside this research model. As well as the influence of the transparency variable, the service quality variable and the trust variable on the muzakki loyalty variable of 58.9% while the remaining 41.1% is influenced by other variables outside this research model.
MuhamadMultazam Mansyur AdduryDede Irwan Sunardi

https://jurnal.steijogja.ac.id/index.php/ibseej/article/view/23

The craft of batik patchwork bags was initially less desirable, but now it has become one of the most admired and demanded handicrafts by many Indonesians, even throughout the world. However, increased market development is not matched by a guarantee of product quality. Manufacturers still ignore the importance of the quality of a product. Meanwhile, on the other hand, consumers want quality in the products they consume/use. This study aims to determine the desires and satisfaction of patchwork bag consumers and to find out how to improve the quality of Mitra Collection patchwork bag products.

In this study the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method was used because QFD aims to fulfill as many consumer desires as possible so that it is hoped that it will be superior to competing products and will be more customer focused. So that it can be seen how the realization is between consumer expectations and actual product conditions. This study uses a field research approach with a quantitative model and the research design used is an explorative design. The population in this study were all consumers of patchwork bag collection partners. The sampling method used purposive sampling with a sample of 100 respondents, Yogyakarta collection partner patchwork consumers.

The results showed that the three priorities of consumers' desire to improve the quality of patchwork partner collection bags from the perspective of consumers' wishes were the uniqueness of the product being an important point in purchasing, the artistic value of the product, the artistic value derived from patchwork batik, the combination of attractive patchwork colors, and the combination appropriate patchwork shape.
Emma WidiantiDesi Nurhayati

https://jurnal.steijogja.ac.id/index.php/ibseej/article/view/26

Indonesia's population is 267 million people with 87% of the population being Muslim and the largest in the world. However, the growth of Islamic banking in Indonesia is still far behind that of Malaysia. The total assets of Indonesian Islamic banking are US$ 82 billion while the total assets of Malaysian Islamic banking are US$ 491 billion. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of halal lifestyle on the intention to purchase Islamic banking products and symbolic consumption as a moderator variable between Halal Lifestyle and Interest in Purchasing Islamic Banking Products. This research is a type of quantitative research, a linear regression analysis model using the Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA) method. This method is carried out to add the multiplication variable between the independent variables and the moderating variable. The research respondents were 100 Islamic banking customers domiciled in DI Yogyakarta. The results of the research analysis show that the halal lifestyle variable on purchase intention has an r-square value of 0.252, a t-count value of 5.742 > 1.664 t-table, and a significant probability value of 0.000 <0.05. The influence of halal lifestyle is 25.2% partially and significantly to the variable interest in purchasing Islamic banking products. The symbolic consumption variable can act as a moderator and strengthen the influence of halal lifestyle on the intention to purchase Islamic banking pro
Windu BaskaroWuri SuhastiMoh. https://jurnal.steijogja.ac.id/index.php/ibseej/article/view/22

The development of Islamic banks in Indonesia itself is quite good. In 2016 there were 13 Islamic commercial banks with 473 branch offices with 1207 sub-branches and 189 cash offices. In total, there are 1869 Islamic bank branches spread throughout Indonesia (OJK Sharia Banking Statistics, 2016). This situation makes the competition tighter so that building a good management system is a very important strategy. We can see how consumer attitudes are faced with many choices, all of which require decision making. The increasingly fierce competition level supports Bank Syariah Mandiri to further improve a good management system and establish good relationships so that customer interest increases. The application of the Marketing Mix is expected to be a good management system between banks and customers in an effort to increase customer interest in choosing Bank Mandiri Syariah. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the marketing mix on customer decision making to choose Bank Syariah Mandiri.

The research method used in this research is quantitative analysis method. The type of research that will be used is associative research (relationship). The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire distributed to 100 customers of Bank Syariah Mandiri Kaliurang Yogyakarta Branch. The population in this study were all customers of Bank Syariah Mandiri, with the sampling technique using the Simple Random Sampling technique. The data analysis technique used for this research is multiple linear regression analysis technique which will then know the results.

Based on hypothesis analysis using multiple linear regression analysis method, it was obtained that all independent variables including product, promotion, place, process and physical evidence had a positive and significant effect on decision making simultaneously or partially with an F ratio/count value of 6.720 and F table of 2 ,31. An effect is said to be significant if the calculated F is greater than F table (6,720>2,31). partially obtained the results of the product factor of 0.617, promotion of 0.490, place factor of 0.343, process factor of 0.247, physical evidence factor of 0.101. for the results of the T test, the most dominant results are the process factor of 0.294, followed by the place factor of 0.233, the promotion factor of 0.177, the physical evidence factor of 0.145, and the product factor of 0.136.
Hanan Wihasto
